The New Zealand marine industry consists of over 1,000 companies. Under the umbrella of NZ Marine, we represent the industry trading as the NZ Marine Industry Association, MAST Academy of New Zealand, NZ Marine Export and other key sector groups. The MAST Academy of New Zealand has over 260 companies currently employing over 650 boat building, marina operations or related apprentices.
The industry we represent designs, builds, stores, sells and services recreational and commercial vessels each up to 100 metres in length.
