We are looking for an organised, customer-focussed person to join our customer services team in a Service Coordinator role.

This will suit someone who enjoys learning about new technology and is interested in the marine industry.

Role: What will you do?

• Assist customers with service enquiries
• Process returns of repaired parts and equipment to customers
• Coordinate shipments around NZ and internationally
• Manage travel bookings
• Data entry and administration tasks

What skills will you need to have:

• Office administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel is highly desirable
• Interest in technology
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• High energy and an eagerness to learn and grow in your career.
