Position Description
We are looking for an organised, customer-focussed person to join our customer services team in a Service Coordinator role.
This will suit someone who enjoys learning about new technology and is interested in the marine industry.
Role: What will you do?
- Assist customers with service enquiries
- Process returns of repaired parts and equipment to customers
- Coordinate shipments around NZ and internationally
- Manage travel bookings
- Data entry and administration tasks
What skills will you need to have:
- Office administration experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel is highly desirable
- Interest in technology
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- High energy and an eagerness to learn and grow in your career.
