Contract, casual or full-time permanent, Oceania Marine is a leading marine business located in Whangārei and has just upgraded capacity at it's Shipyards with a new 560T travel lift. The local lifestyle and cost of living is very attractive. We are looking to hire:

• Experienced yacht painters
• General painting hands
• Sandblasting hands

Immediate start. Must have experience in all types of paint materials and application, be self motivated and customer focused.

We work on a variety of commercial and recreational vessels from commercial ferries and fishing vessels to pleasure craft, sailboats and superyachts up to 60M LOA.

These roles are focused around the refitting and maintenance of marine vessels including composite, wooden, aluminium and steel hulled boats .

Qualities we are looking for in candidates are:

• Experience in a variety of yacht painting skill areas
• Reliability & punctuality,
• Great communication skills, whether you’re working alone or as part of a team,
• A strong work ethic and can-do attitude,
• Full NZ Drivers Licence.
