Job Description:

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Aluminium
Welder to join our team specialising in super yacht repair. In this role, you
will work directly with our ship repair team to ensure all aluminium welding
work meets the highest industry standards for both performance and aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform aluminium welding and fabrication on various super yachts.
• Conduct repairs and modifications on super yacht hulls, decks, and structures.
• Ensure all welding work is completed according to safety standards and
  regulations.
• Work with a variety of welding tools, equipment, and techniques to achieve precise and clean welds.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company health and safety policies.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other trades on-site to ensure smooth project flow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Aluminium Welder/ Boat builder, preferably in the marine or ship repair industry.
• Strong background in welding aluminium.
• Experience working on super yachts or luxury vessels is highly preferred.
• Certification in welding.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
