The Role
You’ll manage the commissioning, delivery, and aftersales service of new boats, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between production, sales, and service teams.

• Oversee boat handovers, quality checks, sea trials, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and arrange minor repairs before delivery.
• Conduct customer handovers, demonstrating features and addressing concerns.
• Manage boat delivery logistics to ensure timely, safe arrivals.
• Handle post-delivery service requests and keep accurate records.

What You Need:

• Strong coordination and customer service skills.
• Applicant must have hands-on technical experience with trailer boats and marine systems.
• A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset.
