Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a highly experienced marine technician who’s motivated to make a lifestyle move and join a forward-thinking, professional team. Preference is given to outboard specialists, but we’re open to exceptional candidates from other technical or marine trade backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
* Service & Repair: Maintain and overhaul outboards, jet units, and sterndrives across a range of makes and models.
* Diagnostics: Use advanced tools and software to diagnose and resolve engine and electrical issues.
* Fault Finding: Identify issues accurately and propose smart, effective solutions.
* Installations: Rig and install engines, electronics, and systems to manufacturer standards.
* Customer Interaction: Provide clear, professional communication and trusted advice.
* Workshop Maintenance: Help maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work environment.
* Admin & Records: Log all jobs, time, and parts with accuracy and professionalism.
* Ongoing Development: Stay current with new technologies and attend training as needed.
