Are you ready to lead and organise our team in the heart of the beautiful Bay of Islands? Total Yacht Care is expanding rapidly and seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join us immediately.

What You'll Do: As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the overall effectiveness of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organising and managing day-to-day operations: Ensuring smooth workflow and team efficiency you have a practical mindset and are able to think on your feet.
- Scheduling: Optimising resources for maximum productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Upholding our standards of pride, excellent workmanship, and quality, coaching and giving feedback where needed you’re organised with an eye for detail.
- Managing projects: Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards a certification would be useful but not required.
- Health & Safety: Taking responsibility for the safety of our team and operations.
- System optimisation: Assisting in refining our current operational systems.
- Stakeholder management: Collaborating with senior stakeholders to achieve organisational goals.
What We Need From You: To excel in this role, we require:
- Ideally, experience as a tradesperson: Understanding the intricacies of yacht maintenance and repair processes would be advantageous.
- Proven project management and leadership skills: Experience in effectively leading teams and managing projects to successful completion.
- Experience working with trades: Familiarity with coordinating and managing tradespeople in a dynamic environment.
- Coaching and training abilities: Capability to coach and develop team members to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Computer savvy: Proficiency in using technology and job management software to schedule work, streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
