Pacific Coast Marine & Diesel 2024 Limited are looking for a friendly and conscientious team player to join our workshop team; you would be described as motivated, enthusiastic, courteous, having high standards, accurate and systematic.

We are a long-established provider of a wide range of quality marine mechanical, electrical systems and services to the Coromandel marine industry. Based in the beautiful coastal resort-town of Whitianga, we have an interesting and varied range of work on launches, outboard pleasure craft and commercial vessels. We operate out of a purpose-built modern workshop with separate showroom and administration buildings.

Our Dealerships include Volvo Penta Inboard, Cummins Inboard, Suzuki and Honda Outboard, plus we are Service and Sales Agents for Raymarine Electronics and Maxwell Winches.

We are offering a stable position and value loyalty, high customer service standards and attention to detail. You will require an appetite to learn new skills and participate in brand, diagnostics and product training.

You will be working within a supportive team with your job role being servicing, maintenance, new installations and rebuilds of marine Outboard and/or Inboard engines alongside diagnostic troubleshooting and Fault finding.

We are looking for an experienced technician and require a minimum Trade Certification in a Mechanical Qualification e.g: Marine Mechanics
/ Automotive Mechanics Petrol / Diesel. All applicants must have a current full Driver’s License and be able to drive a manual vehicle.
