The rallies provide a unique opportunity for marine businesses to promote their products to a group of people who are highly engaged and planning long coastal or offshore voyages.

The rally will depart in December from Opua after Christmas and head South to Abel Tasman, Marlborough, Banks Peninsula, Stewart Island & Fiordland. There are options to do shorter legs too.

Rally participants will receive assistance with getting prepared for their voyage and getting their vessels up to the safety standard required for the adventures ahead. There will be opportunities for marine suppliers to promote their products and services to rally participants in the preparation webinars or by advertising in their popular newsletter, rally sponsorship or offering discounts.

During the voyage, rally participants will be supported by a shore crew team, and will be given weather advice, tips on passage planning, access to local VHF Radio Services as well as events and activities they can join along the way.
